Hello, Hope you are all safe and well. I am reaching out to you because I have a horizontal fissure and vertical crack in my basement foundation wall, and water is coming out of the vertical crack at the bottom. I already had a structural engineer come out to the property, and he informed me that the vertical fissure is no real alarm. However, he recommend we reach out to a waterproofing company to find the best solution to reduce the water from coming into the home. I hope you can help. Thanks.

I discovered a 6ft vertical crack in my foundation while replacing the wall material. No water appeared to have been leaking from it. My insurance sent out a structural engineer from local company who declared it probably old and recommended epoxy to fill it. He offered to have his company get me a quote but they have never written back. I'm anxious to get the drywall up and would really like to have a quote for filling the crack. Thanks ahead of time!
