Basement Waterproofing in Burke, VA

Challenge

The customer's basement was grappling with numerous issues stemming from water damage. The internal walls were bulging, and the sump pump was struggling to manage the volume of water.

Solution

In order to rectify the situation, a Waterguard system was implemented along with a Cleanspace liner on the basement walls. The antiquated sump pump was substituted with a new triple safe sump pump to protect the basement from any future water intrusion. Additionally, a discharge line for the sump pump was set up. As for the bulging walls, carbon armor was installed as a preventative measure against future wall deformation, ensuring its position for an extended period.
