Challenge
The homeowner was concerned about the damp basement and storage area. Water was beginning to seep into the basement .
Solution
We successfully installed a Triple Safe sump pump and utilized CleanSpace as a vapor barrier. In addition, we set up a Waterguard that will efficiently channel into the sump pump and subsequently be directed out through the discharge line into the yard. The client expressed great satisfaction with the completed work and anticipates a consistently dry basement for many years ahead.
