Dexter Chikuni explained thoroughly what would be done so I could understand the process. Then he came by to check as the work was being done. Give him a raise

They carefully covered the carpet in my rec room so it wouldn't be ruined as they walked in and out of the back door. The area in the utility room where the pump was installed, was left clean.

After calling, Dexter came out in a day or so, explained all work and finances, gave an estimate while at my house and he always stayed in touch. In a few days, Jane, called to set up appointment for work to begin which was before the next rain.
The competition took an entire week to give me an estimate.
