Extremely satisfied with how the company was represented. From the beginning to end, the different employees were all very helpful, professional, and worked extremely well with us.
In our numerous calls to the company, Jayne was very patient and went above and beyond by ensuring the schedule of the work was in line with our availability.
Cris took the time to explain the process of what needed to be done. As our need changed for the project, he adjusted the project to fit our needs.
Casey, John, and Earl were fantastic. Their communication was great. They involved us in every step of the way. They let us know when they arrived and when they left. They showed us what we were going to have done and how the equipment was going to work. Can't say enough about how nice the crew was. on any future projects, we will request these individuals again.
Casey, John, and Earl left the finish work site better than we expected. They re-seeded the disturbed and traffic areas and placed straw down on top.

What made you choose our company:
We had multiple companies proposed solutions. We felt the most comfortable with NV Waterproofing and felt we were not pressured to make a decision unlike their competitors. Their price was reasonable and will chose them again.
