Customer in Lincoln, Virginia, expressed the desire to refinish their basement by adding a spare bedroom but required an escape route to comply with legal regulations. NV Waterproofing conducted a complimentary estimate and inspection at the property. The customer opted for an egress window with a cover, appreciating the natural light it now brings into the previously dull basement. Additionally, a sump pump and exterior drainage line were installed to prevent water accumulation in the well.
