Challenge

The customer has expressed interest in comprehensive basement waterproofing solutions. This is to safeguard their upcoming basement renovation from any potential water damage.

Solution

To ensure maximum security for the forthcoming project, we implemented a comprehensive waterproofing system. This system incorporates Waterguard, which is designed to intercept wall and floor seepage, thereby preventing it from infiltrating the basement floor. Additionally, the Waterguard system channels the water towards a triple safe sump pump. This sump pump is responsible for drawing the water upwards and out of the basement, eventually directing it into an exterior drainage line situated on the property's perimeter.
