This particular homeowner discovered a significant crack in the basement walls and foundation of their newly constructed home. Despite attempts by the builder to repair the crack, it continues to leak during rainfall.
Solution
Our recommended solution involves injecting the crack and implementing a foundation support system, which includes the installation of Push piers to stabilize the foundation.
