Solution

Our team of professionals successfully completed the task of lifting the house back to its original position. This was a meticulous process that involved careful planning and execution to ensure no further damage occurred to the property.

We began by conducting a thorough assessment of the foundation issues, identifying the areas of weakness and devising a strategic plan to address them. The house had sunk considerably due to soil displacement and it was essential to lift it back to its original position to prevent any further structural damage.

Our solution involved the installation of four push piers. These are essentially steel rods that are driven into the ground beneath the foundation until they reach a stable layer of soil or bedrock. They work by transferring the weight of the house from the unstable soil to themselves, effectively stabilizing the structure.
