NV Waterproofing and their crew (Casey, Crew, Kevin, and Grant) were very professional from start to finish, they informed me in the beginning exactly what they were going to do and performed every step with great attention to detail and were very courteous and clean. As a general contractor I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services for future work.

A minor delay on the start day proved not to be a problem as the NV Waterproofing crew worked until 8:00 to ensure that the project stayed on schedule. Dust and debris from jack-hammering was far less than anticipated. In short, it was a satisfying experience to have a contractor that put so much attention into customer satisfaction. I cannot find fault worth mentioning without sounding picky from the start to final clean-up of the work site.

Your crew worked hard all day, only taking a short time for a quick lunch. The men were neat, completely covering all areas that they used to remove concrete, dirt and debris. They were on task the entire time. We were very impressed. We have had a lot of work completed in our home over the last 38 years, and I am pleased to say that your employees are the most conscientious we have ever worked with.

The workmen showed up right on time. They were courteous and pleasant – and they told us EXACTLY what they were going to do. Once they dug down to the sewer pipe, Jim was proven correct as the pipe was broken completely in half. Originally, Jim thought the job would take 2-3 days. It was finished in one day – way beyond my expectations. This experience is one of the most satisfying I’ve ever had while having work done on my house. I can’t thank you enough for the courtesy, speed and quality your company provided. The team was fast and accurate. The reason for this high review is because of the high quality character of Jim.  NV came to my home to investigate water infiltrating my basement from a front foundation wall.  Jim assessed the problem as best he could, but because I had left the dry wall up he was unable to immediately access the area inside the drywall.  Being at work at the time, I asked my wife to cut back some of the drywall to take a better look.  Jim stayed and not only helped my wife cut away the drywall and remove sopping wet insulation, but helped her find that the problem had originated with a leaking pipe in the wall that we did not know was there.  Although the company policy against removing the drywall themselves seemed odd to me, nevertheless it was their policy.  Jim went above and beyond to help my wife remove the drywall and insulation, which with two small kids was going to be very difficult for her to do by herself.  He helped clean up and was polite and respectful.  While I am grateful I do not have a foundation leak, should I ever have one, I will call NV Waterproofing and ask for Jim.  Quality people are hard to find, thanks man.

Oswaldo did a great job in walking us through the steps . He was very experienced and clear about the job. NV Waterproofing was called to a difficult and challenging waterproofing site, and they were able to meet the challenge with confidence and experience. The problems were resolved as were other issues found during job. They were respectful, responsive and thorough. They went beyond just waterproofing.

We used NV Waterproofing (NV) to fix a basement water leak in an addition to our house. NV provided the clearest estimate (we received estimates from multiple companies), with clear pricing and identification of issues. NV completed the work promptly. While the initial work did fix the primary problem, we had a small leak remain. NV was great about coming back out to figure the issue out, and found a surprising construction anomaly causing the second small leak. NV fixed the problem (all as part of the initial estimate) and our basement has been dry since. We were very pleased with NV's persistence and ultimate solution to our problems. We strongly recommend NV.
