We addressed a customer's concern regarding a noisy sump pump during operation. To resolve the issue, we replaced their existing sump pump with a Triple Safe Sump Pump. This upgraded pump not only minimizes noise with its airtight lid but also provides additional protection against basement flooding by utilizing a battery backup system. The customer can now enjoy a quieter and more reliable sump pump solution.
Water was entering this McLean, VA home via the front stoop and traveling down the foundation wall into the basement. In the before photo, you can see the evidence of water damage going down the back wall.
