We installed a new support beam and several push piers in order for the property to remain in tact and structurally sound.

To address these issues, we implemented a Water Guard system in the basement and added Carbon Fiber straps to the walls to prevent further bowing. Additionally, we installed a sump pump that leads to an external discharge line.
