Waterproofing a complete basement in Fairfax, VA
The customer was keen on converting the below-grade "bonus room" into an official bedroom. To achieve this, our technical advisor conducted a detailed inspection of the property and outlined a strategy for the transformation. The plan required the homeowner to dismantle the deck covering the current window and replace it with an egress window to ensure a safe exit for occupants. Additionally, the customer chose to install a sunhouse cover to maximize natural light in the basement space. The customer was extremely satisfied with the outcome and is now able to appreciate the basement even more.
We recently had the privilege of working on a critical project in the scenic city of Fairfax, Virginia. A charming home in this historic town was grappling with a common yet worrisome issue - a settling foundation. To make matters worse, this led to the infiltration of water into their basement whenever the skies opened up. Recognizing the severity of the situation, our skilled team quickly sprang into action.
