The customer expressed concern about the malfunctioning sump pump in their basement. To address this issue, we replaced it with our top-of-the-line Triple Safe sump pump system, providing the customer with ultimate peace of mind. Customer needed a new window well that also has a drainage system in order to stop water from entering through the basement window. We installed and exterior drainage system and new window well.
