Before tackling this Waldorf, MD home's needs, the homeowner faced the frustration of water leaking into their walk-down basement from the drain, an issue visible in the 'before' photo. This was a unique case in Upper Marlboro, MD where the customer not only had water issues in his basement, but evidence of substantial iron ochre deposits. We had to come up with a different solution to resolve this concern. We proposed and subsequently installed our WaterGuard IOS system and sump pump to eliminate the customers problems permanently.
The home's crawlspace foundation was starting to show signs of settling. To address this, we implemented a smart jack system and added a supplemental beam to provide additional support to the foundation.
